      Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

      With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

      Well, what about the team?

      At Bally’s Interactive we are looking for an experienced CRM Planning Manager to join our CRM and Player Engagement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we send out the right CRM campaigns, to the right customer at the right time across our portfolio of brands for UK and Ireland. We are looking for an energetic person with a hands-on approach to support the team in embedding our new ways of working and to contribute to our commercial performance.

      The CRM Planning Manager will need to ensure CRM campaigns and activities are deployed accurately and on time and will be the bridge between campaign development and campaign activation, ensuring we have the right capacity and resources in place to deliver. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key requirement to ensure our multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app / on-site, direct mail and more) are executed successfully and meet business goals, such as increased player engagement, retention and lifetime value across our UK & Ireland brands.

      So, what will you be doing?

      • Building strong working relationships with key teams across CRM & Player Engagement, Acquisition & Digital, Creative Studio, Data, Product and MarTech.
      • Acting as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
      • Developing & optimising effective and collaborative ways of working between cross-functional teams.
      • Developing, formulating and refining the CRM Planning Manager role, to ensure delivery aligns to our newly created ways of working.
      • Creating & managing campaign delivery roadmap & sprint calendar.
      • Creating & governing campaign delivery SLAs & milestones.
      • Managing both short-term and long-term CRM campaign plans.
      • Collaborating with the leaders of each pillar within UK Commercial team to align CRM campaign activities with the company’s commercial goals.
      • Identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement of CRM & Player Engagement planning and capabilities.
      • Overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
      • Planning capacity of the campaign execution team & acting as gatekeeper of all CRM campaign execution requests.
      • Implementing and maintaining systems and processes to track project progress and performance metrics.
      • Developing capacity and output reporting, using these to create KPIs and drive efficiency.
      • Prioritising campaigns in pipeline, including BAU and ad-hoc requests.
      • Performing cost-analysis of projects and work streams, using this information to support decision making within CRM & Player Engagement.

      And what will you need?

      • Possess exceptional project management skills.
      • Have CRM experience within digital marketing.
      • Be proficient in MS Office, with experience working with Mcom, Confluence & Jira.
      • Experience with Braze is beneficial but not mandatory.
      • Possess excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
      • Personable, friendly and communicative but ability to push back to stakeholders of all levels effectively.
      • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to think creatively & decisively as plans evolve and events unfold.
      • Be inquisitive nature to ensure all missing campaign information is captured.
      • Be process and value-driven with a customer-first mindset.
      • Have a passion for gaming.
      • Have strong resilience with the ability to handle problems and barriers to meet objectives.
