What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ICOMS administration, integration, and optimization to enhance customer experience
- Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of ICOMS system architecture for stability and performance
- Manage high-priority system errors and service tickets, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ICOMS administrative processes and operational procedures
- Analyze and report on system performance metrics, recommending improvements for automation and data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with a billing/customer care system, including advanced administrative experience
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional system integration and improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills using SQL to extract data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training associates to support billing and customer care systems
- Familiarity with advanced billing processes and workflow automation
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance frameworks
