What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions via Zoom for customers on software usage
- Oversee customer onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide in-depth training on backend functionalities and configure software settings
- Develop innovative solutions to address customer requests and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with various departments to align customer accounts with business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications
- 1-2 years of experience in an external client-facing role demonstrating strong customer service skills
- 1-2 years of project management experience, including planning and executing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Fluency in Spanish is considered a valuable asset
