      For our Swiss Entity, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual for the permanent position as:

      CRM/BI Manager (f/m/d)

      The incumbent, reporting to the Commercial Planning & TME Manager, acts as a business partner to internal clients in translating commercial and trade marketing needs into solutions and also represents Swiss Market interests within the JTI CRM and BI Global ecosystem. They identify and implement business processes improvements by managing the Trade Marketing Excellence program locally.


      Your responsibilities:

      • Responsible for the maintenance and development of the CRM/BI solutions
      • Assurance of the data quality in CRM/BI; by continuously validating and loading key data into the system
      • Manage a team of 2 contractors to develop and improve the Sales Data Warehouse and ETL process to provide a robust and accurate sales data reporting tool to the market and overall organization
      • Support different departments with KPI- Business-Reports, Dashboards and Ad-Hoc Analysis

      Qualifications and Experience

      • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with proven & relevant experience in a similar role
      • Proactively solves problems, explores opportunities, and offers alternative solutions
      • Encourages and builds effective communication flow with key stakeholders
      • Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
      • Thorough knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI) and profound IT Skills (CRM, Data-Management, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
