In collaboration with the Assistant Provost for Graduate Admissions and Recruitment and the Dean of the College of Professional Studies, the CRM/Slate Manager leads the administration and optimization of Technolutions Slate, the University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.This role is pivotal in supporting the Office of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment and the College of Professional Studies by managing daily operations and ensuring the effective use of Slate. Key responsibilities include overseeing admissions and recruitment workflows, event coordination, complex query development, targeted communications, application and document management, data uploads, and system integrations with Banner, Salesforce, and other university-approved platforms.The ideal candidate will bring significant hands-on experience with Slate, a deep understanding of data infrastructure and querying tools, and a demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative system solutions. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to quickly adapt and learn, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential to driving the success and evolution of Slate at UNE.
