What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage guests and guide them through the art-buying experience
- Support live art auctions and host vibrant gallery events onboard
- Set up beautiful exhibitions and collaborate with a high-energy team
- Deliver polished guest service in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
- Manage gallery operations while traveling the world
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid passport and the ability to obtain required crew/travel visas
- Strong English communication skills, as shipboard operations are conducted in English
- Ability to lift and move framed artwork up to 50 lbs (?23 kg) and stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to complete a background check and maritime medical clearance post-offer
- Must meet cruise-line embarkation policies by start date

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Passion for art and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in live-event selling or auction environments
- Strong stage presence and public speaking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
