What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services in the call center
- Process inbound calls, addressing account questions, product information, and digital banking services
- De-escalate customer situations or escalate to a supervisor when necessary
- Assist customers with various computing environments to promote digital banking services
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to departmental service levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking or financial institution experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Android and Apple products and supported web browsers
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, including empathy and active listening
- Willingness to work outside of normal banking hours and adapt to schedule changes
