      Job Highlights:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a CST (or similar) community-based setting.

      2. Master degree in a Human Services field (such as social work, psychology or counseling).

      3. Full Licensure by the governing boarding regulating a human service profession as one of the following:

      • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

      • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

      • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

      This Opportunity:

      The CST Regional Manager provides direct support, supervision, and oversight to CST Team Leads across multiple teams. This field-based role is essential in ensuring the effective operation of CST programs by monitoring compliance, offering leadership guidance, and stepping in as an acting Team Lead when vacancies occur. The CST Regional Manager participates in weekly team meetings, ensures Team Leads meet their responsibilities, and supports training, quality assurance, and continuous program improvement efforts under the direction of the CST Director of Operations.

      What You'll Do:

      Supervision & Leadership

      • Provide clinical and administrative oversight to CST Team Leads, ensuring they effectively manage their teams and maintain program integrity.

      • Act as an interim Team Lead during vacancies to ensure continuity of services and team stability.

      • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for CST Team Leads in collaboration with the Director of Operations.

      • Regularly attend and observe weekly CST team meetings to assess team functionality, provide support, and ensure adherence to best practices.

      • Offer direct feedback and guidance to Team Leads to improve program operations, documentation quality, and service delivery.

      Quality Assurance & Compliance

      • Monitor CST Team Leads’ compliance with agency policies, Medicaid requirements, and regulatory standards through regular audits, direct observation, and peer review oversight.

      • Ensure CST services align with Monarch’s mission, values, and quality improvement initiatives.

      • Assist in reviewing clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service coordination to ensure high-quality care for individuals served.

      • Address performance gaps by implementing corrective action plans and providing ongoing training as needed.

      • Participate in clinical quality reviews, audits, credentialing, investigations, and fidelity-driven activities

      Program Operations & Support

      • Ensure CST teams maintain appropriate coverage for individuals served, including after-hours and crisis response as required.

      • Serve as a liaison between Team Leads and the Director of Operations to escalate concerns, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.

      • Assist in CST program development, service expansion, and process improvement initiatives.

      • Engage in events, community collaboratives, and initiatives that support growing the overall footprint and reputation of the CST teams

      Education We're Looking For:

      Masters: Human Services (Required)

      Certifications We're Looking For:

      Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) - State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board

      Experience We're Looking For:

      Experience in a leadership role within a CST or similar community-based setting | 1 Year | Required Experience working in Behavioral Health | 3 Years | Required

      Schedule:

      Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
