- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Lead employee engagement and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce turnover and improve team members' experience.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback (stay/exit interviews, surveys) to guide improvements.
- Support onboarding , training , and wellness efforts that reinforce cultural expectations and connections .
- Collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure a consistent and thriving workplace culture.
- Promote communication, trust, and transparency between staff and leadership.
- Ability to connect and seek vendors for various events and activities.
- Ability to manage, coordinate and organize multiple events from start to finish.
- Bi-lingual Spanish & English is helpful.
- Preferred background in Human Resources and Hospitality Leadership.
- Basic understanding of computer software such excel, word, Canva is ideal.
