In this high-impact role, you'll champion a thriving, value -driven culture while designing innovative strategies to keep our team members engaged, inspired, and excited to grow with us. From frontline fun to behind-the-scenes excellence, you’ll be the architect of associate happiness , building connections, celebrating milestones, and shaping a workplace where every voice matters.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.

  • Lead employee engagement and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.

  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce turnover and improve team members' experience.

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback (stay/exit interviews, surveys) to guide improvements.

  • Support onboarding , training , and wellness efforts that reinforce cultural expectations and connections .

  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure a consistent and thriving workplace culture.

  • Promote communication, trust, and transparency between staff and leadership.

  • Ability to connect and seek vendors for various events and activities.

  • Ability to manage, coordinate and organize multiple events from start to finish.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Bi-lingual Spanish & English is helpful.

  • Preferred background in Human Resources and Hospitality Leadership.

  • Basic understanding of computer software such excel, word, Canva is ideal.
