What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new data visualizations and analyses to drive insight for YES Prep Culture
- Refresh and refine existing data visualizations supporting district goals
- Collaborate with various teams to scope requirements and project plans for data visualizations
- Evaluate data sets to determine effective visualization methods for presenting information
- Support team in delivering insights from complex data sets to drive strategic priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- 1-3 years of experience working with data
- Excellent data fluency and intuition
- Proven track record of data analysis to solve problems and drive improvement
- Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience as an analyst
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in K12 education
