      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service to National Accounts, Field Sales, and travel agents on sales topics, including pricing and booking questions
      - Log, audit, and monitor processing of Co-op marketing requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines
      - Review marketing materials for accuracy and alignment with sales planning
      - Coordinate sales events, managing logistics such as invitations, RSVPs, and meeting space requirements
      - Oversee port functions, including managing invitations and RSVPs for ship visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of travel industry operations, particularly related to travel agencies and cruise lines
      - Familiarity with sales processes, co-op marketing, and event coordination
      - Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and booking systems
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with travel advisors and internal teams
      - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

      - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently while knowing when to escalate
