- Support faculty and staff in course revisions, including identifying recently-published articles, updating assignment details and syllabi, and supporting accessibility of course materials.
- Answer program-related questions from potential applicants and current students during business hours and evenings.
- Facilitate and promote program-focused evening webinars, faculty/staff working groups, and other related initiatives.
- Review and summarize course evaluations and program assessments to improve outcomes.
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in any field.
- One year of experience with online education.
- Background knowledge in one or more content areas offered by Project Dragonfly (e.g., conservation, biodiversity, evolution, leadership, participatory education, inquiry-based education, formal/ informal education, conservation science, and community engagement).
- Experience with Google apps, Canvas, Zoom, and software related to the creation of video/instructional media.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in curricular design, particularly within online learning communities.
- Experience with web-based courses and instruction.
- Experience working with collaborative teams.
- Experience with student retention.
- Experience with living collections institutions and/ or global conservation organizations.
- Availability M-F from 8-5 PM ET.

Job Description Summary
Project Dragonfly Curricular Support Assistant supports course design and implementation for two large-scale online graduate programs focused on conservation, community engagement in science, and environmental stewardship. The Curricular Support Assistant will work with a creative team of staff and faculty to support students, revise courses, recruit prospective students, and measure program metrics.
