      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
      - Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
      - Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
      - Maintain performance goals and productivity standards
      - Complete a structured training program to become proficient with processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1+ year work experience required
      - Previous work experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center environment strongly preferred
      - Experience handling high-volume calls with multiple computer windows open highly desirable
      - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous interaction with patients regarding medical information
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry
      - Excellent organization and communication skills
      - Familiarity with insurance claims and EOB processes
