What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain up-to-date Smartsheets, spreadsheets, databases, and metadata to track custom projects
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend planning meetings for approximately 50 custom projects per year
- Proofread, route, and track custom contracts while managing ISBNs and inventory
- Collaborate with various teams to meet project deadlines and maintain detailed records
- Hire, train, and manage seasonal interns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with the employer
- Ability to work full business hours primarily in the Eastern time zone
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro; experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with advanced Excel functionalities
- Familiarity with InDesign
- Prior experience in publishing or editorial roles
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and flexible attitude towards work
