      Job Description

      We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates with business-related degrees to grow within a manufacturing company. The role involves reviewing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to internal team members and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a long-term career and grow with the company.

      Responsibilities

      • Review all incoming sales orders to ensure accuracy.
      • Assist with processing purchase orders sent by customers.
      • Identify errors in purchase orders and communicate with customers to obtain revised orders.
      • Enter accurate orders into the CRM system.
      • Provide clerical support and customer service as needed.
      • Engage in daily data entry activities, including creating new prospects and updating customer information.

      Essential Skills

      • Typing skills: 50 WPM with high accuracy.
      • Proficient in Office 365.
      • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
      • Comfortable answering the phone and handling approximately 30 calls per month.
      • Proficient with CRM systems.
      • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or automotive industries is preferred.
      • Candidates with SAP experience may receive additional responsibilities.
      • Thick skin to handle tough conversations if needed.
      • Desire to stay and grow with the company.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
