      Darigold is seeking a Customer Business Partner to join our team. The Customer Business Partner is a key member of the Customer Excellence team whose mission is to deliver high quality, value-added dairy ingredient solutions to customers all over the world. This is a full time, temporary position.

      This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and effective sales process from the moment a sale is executed to receipt of our products by our customers. This position works alongside the Sales and Supply Chain teams to deliver key metrics. As an important member of the Sales and Customer Service team, this role will be responsible for contract entry, customer order management, customer master data set up, customer inquiries, EDI and web portal management, invoice resolution including credit/debits/returns, along with detailed and accurate pricing records.

      What You Will Do:

      • Ensure timely, accurate and complete data entry of contracts and orders in multiple systems.
      • Monitor and maintain purchase orders in numerous supplier portals.
      • Manage contract adherence with customer, alerting Sales to deviations from contracts.
      • Set up and manage pricing in multiple systems as dictated by account contract.
      • Ensure compliance with core customer product needs, documentary and regulatory.
      • Manage orders and lead times to meet on-time delivery.
      • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to find solutions.
      • Resolve customer questions and complaints.
      • Resolve customer payment discrepancies and process adjustments as needed.
      • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and requests for product samples.
      • Manage pricing set up into multiple systems; strive for 100% accuracy.
      • Responsible for timely and accurate invoice generation.
      • Customer on-boarding; including creating customer profiles in Salesforce.
      • Build, grow and nurture relationships with customers.
      • Provide support to Sales by acting as a customer liaison; promptly resolving customer concerns.
      • Other Sales support duties include obtaining forecasts, communication of customer sample requests, assist with data collection for presentations and other customer related requests.
      • Host and/or participate in weekly Sales meetings and conference calls.
      • Present metrics in weekly S&OP meetings with various key stakeholders.

      What You Bring:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or 2 – 5 years of experience supporting a sales process or other closely related functions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and dynamic corporate environment.
      • Experience with supply chain for both domestic and international shipments preferred.
      • Experience in Customer Service preferred.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • Demonstrated decision-making abilities in support of responsibility to make financial decisions on behalf of the department.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Highly accurate and detail focused, with strong business math skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Customer service oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
      • Desire to learn new software and applications.
      • Innovative, adaptable and open to on-going change, new perspectives and ideas.
      • Commitment to team and organizational success: proactive focus and consistent sense of urgency.

          • Compensation range: $78,000 - $98,412 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills)
