      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with billing questions, service scheduling, and product changes
      - Provide personalized responses to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems
      - Address customer requests to disconnect services and provide relevant information
      - Utilize effective selling skills to offer solutions and upsell additional services
      - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals while following company-approved scripts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Strong communication and active listening skills
      - Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify customer needs
      - Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions
      - Working knowledge of the employer's products and services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or sales role
      - Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure situations
      - Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its products
      - Proficiency in using computer systems for order input and customer management
      - Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed
