What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and end users in a professional manner
- Meet and/or exceed service metrics and quality levels established by the employer
- Understand processes and procedures related to products and services, such as security and product orders
- Perform special projects, including device conversions and functionality changes
- Utilize CRM systems for case creation and account management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in an analytical or reporting role
- Ability to install PassTime devices in vehicles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comprehensive understanding of PassTime service package functionalities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or communications
- Experience with 12-volt theory and its application in automotive contexts
- Familiarity with reading basic schematics and explaining them to others
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills related to vehicle functionality
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
