What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, SMS, or chat
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Utilize soft sales techniques to recommend products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center position
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferably soft sales) in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
- Some business classes or vocational/technical training is preferred
