      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, or chat

      - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in soft sales or upselling
      - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some business classes or vocational/technical training is preferred
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
      - Ability to work flexible hours
      - Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in decision-making with varying amounts of guidance
