      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Customer Care Supervisor in managing customer care operations and call center processes
      - Handle complex customer or partner issues that require escalation beyond Level 1 agents
      - Update knowledge base articles and internal troubleshooting documentation
      - Analyze customer feedback and technical complaints to identify trends and suggest improvements
      - Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance problem-solving and escalation procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Proficiency with CRM/support ticket systems, preferably Zendesk
      - Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
      - Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for a sports team, network, or subscription business
      - Familiarity with mobile and OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming applications
      - Experience reporting on customer care operations
      - Ability to diagnose streaming playback issues and authentication failures
