      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional and empathetic customer service by answering inbound calls
      - Assess member needs using active listening and problem-solving skills
      - Assist members through requests submitted via email, web, and chat
      - Verify member eligibility for services and record requests in the CRM system
      - Maintain adherence to metric standards to ensure high-quality member satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
      - 1-3+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services field
      - High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Reliable and consistently punctual with strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly KPI benchmarks
