What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer questions relating to product usage and provide technical support to resolution
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Accurately log all customer information in the CRM tool
- Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns
- Provide proper follow-up to ensure customers are kept apprised of issue status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience, or any level degree or certification beyond High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year experience, or 5 years' experience
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience serving as a customer care agent for an assigned customer base or product area
- Ability to document and report on customer inquiries, status, and resolution
- Capability to determine problem sources and resolve issues where possible
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and contact center software
- Proven ability to build working relationships with customer representatives and cross-functional teams
