      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, utilizing effective listening skills and empathy
      - Manage customer requests by liaising with operational back-office teams to ensure timely resolution
      - Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations and internal policies
      - Engage in proactive sales conversations to support customers' financial health and achieve assigned goals
      - Stay updated on Fulton Bank policies, procedures, and product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Proficiency in using computers and MS Windows for work-related tasks
      - Strong understanding of federal banking regulations and internal controls
      - Ability to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment
      - Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
      - Experience in managing customer inquiries and issues effectively
      - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
      - Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
