      We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Care Specialist role.


      Do Work that Matters

      As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

      • Concierge and welcome calls
      • Missed payments and early-intervention collections
      • Simple customer service enquiries

      Casual positions are available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

      This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

      Hours and training

      To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

      • Start date: 21st October 2024

      • Casuals - Be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, split over 2 shifts. You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts throughout the month.

      • Available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight

      • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability

      • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks. The October training will be Wed, Thurs, Fri 9am - 2pm.

      • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.

      • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
