What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and voicemails from residents and communities
- Collect payments from former residents with outstanding balances and address disputes
- Verify accuracy of move-out charges and make necessary corrections per lease agreements
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of resident demographic information
- Complete departmental projects and tasks while adhering to policies and performance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and property management software
- Strong mathematical skills for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong research and analytic skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or One Site
- Background in customer service or financial management roles
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in property management
