What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services
- Conduct on-site and remote training for the Motorola Flex software and third-party software
- Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projections
- Complete department-required reports within established standards
- Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check due to working in high security areas
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
