What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the in-person implementation of the employer's GROW high-impact tutoring programs, coordinating logistics and conducting training sessions
- Facilitate enablement training for teachers and administrators on Paper and GROW implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with district administrators and teachers to provide support and resources
- Expand grassroots engagement for high-impact tutoring across school districts
- Manage multiple priorities effectively during live implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Central United States and have access to a major airport for travel
- Demonstrated experience in leading in-person program implementation and logistics coordination
- Proven ability to conduct engaging training sessions for educators or adult learners
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to build rapport with district leaders and teachers
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education sector
