What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical guidance on the employer's platform in collaboration with Customer Success and Account Management teams
- Identify and troubleshoot tool/platform-related technical issues, collaborating with internal teams for solutions
- Lead client conversations regarding survey execution and provide consultative expertise
- Conduct pre-launch checks of client surveys and assist with technical edits and optimizations
- Organize and perform administrative tasks related to the platform and customer filing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or other technical roles
- Demonstrated experience with online platforms and tools
- Familiarity with online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external clients
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge preferred

- Background in market research or consumer insights, with familiarity in the online market research life cycle
- Evidence of structured thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
