What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of TypingClub and other employer products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions over email, tickets, and phone
- Resolve customer issues related to the product, billing, or orders
- Coordinate efforts with other teams to resolve issues quickly
- Document and track issues in the software and provide training for trending issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak with confidence and energy over the phone
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to type 50 WPM or more
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent virtual presentation skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
