What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain thorough knowledge of TypingClub and other employer products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries over email, tickets, and phone
- Resolve problems related to products, billing, or customer orders
- Coordinate with other teams to quickly address and resolve issues
- Document and track issues in the software while providing training for trending topics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak confidently and energetically over the phone
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent virtual presentation skills
- Experience with customer service in an education-related field
- Familiarity with education technology tools
- Previous experience attending or assisting at trade shows
