      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, update, and maintain dashboards for various customer experience metrics
      - Prepare performance reports for CX leadership and the Executive Team
      - Serve as primary coordinator for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring compliance and accuracy
      - Assist in project coordination and support onboarding and training within the CX organization
      - Contribute to cross-functional process improvements to enhance customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, analytics, or a related discipline
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents
      - Tableau certification or willingness to complete certification within 6-12 months
      - Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
      - Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

      - Prior exposure to customer experience, analytics, proposal work, or operational support roles
      - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
