      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide one-stop service for patients by addressing issues and concerns related to processes and functions
      - Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, resolution of accounts, and management of financial assistance programs
      - Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues of varying complexity
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure coordinated activities regarding revenue management and patient satisfaction
      - Identify areas for improvement and proactively manage recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - At least 1 year of related work experience
      - Strong communication skills and computer literacy
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
      - Commitment to maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with billing systems and revenue management processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging interactions
