What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the front line of communication between Managed Detection and Response (MDR) analysts and customers
- Support onboarding activities for new customers and assist with incident triage
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer communications, addressing technical questions
- Collaborate with MDR analysts to ensure clarity on incidents and threats for customers
- Manage the customer communication lifecycle during ongoing incidents, ensuring timely updates and alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing cybersecurity role, preferably as a Tier 1/2 SOC analyst
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or XDR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical details clearly
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, or presenting incident reports and security findings
- Familiarity with Cortex XDR or Cortex XSOAR
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience onboarding new security services or clients
- Strong advocacy skills for customer issues across technical teams
- Ability to drive consistency and quality in external communications regarding incidents and threat intelligence
