      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish
      - Lead kickoff and training calls with new customers to ensure successful onboarding
      - Track project tasks and timelines using tools like Asana or Notion
      - Configure forms, workflows, and data integrations while troubleshooting issues in real time
      - Deliver live training sessions and contribute to ongoing customer education through webinars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, support, or implementation for a SaaS product
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Willingness to participate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Basic data handling skills, including proficiency with Excel/CSV
      - Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve in a customer-focused setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI tooling to improve efficiency and customer experience
      - Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Notion
      - Previous experience in a customer training or education role
