What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they successfully implement the employer's services
- Optimize customer product utilization and guarantee satisfaction with services
- Leverage technical expertise and project management skills to drive customer success
- Conduct demos, webinars, and training sessions to provide exceptional onboarding support
- Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback for product development and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in fintech and/or payments and banking
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
- Technical aptitude with experience in designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys
- Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms and understand customer pain points
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the aviation industry is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with tools that enable automated workflows and scalable customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas for customer solutions
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and projects
