      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales handover to customer training
      - Provide support to new customers via online chat, addressing questions in a positive and solution-oriented manner
      - Deliver tailored training sessions that meet the unique needs and goals of each customer
      - Create scalable educational content, such as help articles, email campaigns, and webinars
      - Foster relationships with clients to encourage account growth and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in client success, customer service, implementation, or account management
      - Strong customer focus with a desire to see clients succeed
      - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior grammar
      - Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in events, sales, enablement, or teaching
      - Background in working with or owning a small or medium-sized business
      - Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Asana, Google Suite, Fullstory, Mixpanel, or ProductBoard
