      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Global Account Director in maintaining and developing customer relationships
      - Drive the execution of framework agreements and track implementation of Global Account Frameworks
      - Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions in accordance with service level agreements
      - Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals for Global Key Accounts
      - Produce accurate and timely reporting on all relevant aspects of Global Accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent years of applicable job experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the customer service industry, focusing on B2B interactions
      - At least 2 years of administrative experience in a services or sales environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at an intermediate level
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships

      - Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
      - Demonstrated ability to proactively identify sales opportunities with existing customers
      - Familiarity with customer reporting and financial analysis
      - Experience in account management services and promoting product knowledge to clients
