What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, including surveys and focus groups
- Manage survey programming and analysis in Qualtrics, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Develop and synthesize NPS and CX measurement programs across the customer journey
- Analyze competitor pricing, services, technology, and customer experience, delivering quarterly reports
- Present compelling and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Marketing Research, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or competitive intelligence
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in Qualtrics, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CI platforms and usability tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to drive decisions across cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources such as NPD, IRI, and Nielsen
- Retail apparel and B2B experience
