What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely responses
- Interact with customers to acknowledge and update them on the status of their inquiries
- Identify emerging trends in customer escalations and communicate findings to leadership
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of customer interactions and case progress
- Manage customer setup, onboarding, and installations, ensuring needs are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
- Prior experience handling customer escalations and written interactions in a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs
- Experience in training or product demonstrations
