      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policies through inbound calls and emails
      - Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and efficiency in a fast-paced contact center
      - Provide outstanding support by actively listening and investigating customer concerns
      - De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, embodying the employer's core values
      - Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer retention or account management role in a fast-paced call center environment
      - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Proven success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states and applicable jurisdictions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working remotely in a private setting with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
      - Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus
      - Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
      - Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations and handle sensitive topics with empathy
