- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customer accounts seeking product knowledge, product availability, and order status information.
- Provide support to our outside sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve customer order specifications and satisfaction.
- Perform accurate and timely processing of customer orders and ensure compliance with ordering requirements.
- Perform all follow-up steps and documentation to ensure the order is completed and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with Scheduling and Distribution Departments to quote lead times and delivery dates for product not in stock or large chain and/or program rollouts.
- Coordinate order shipments to meet schedules for chain/program rollouts
- Maintain informational spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business or similar field preferred.
- Four or more years of combined education and/or experience in a professional work environment required.
- Must be professional, organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a positive, energetic and professional attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Must work well with others in a team environment for cross-customer support.
- Enthusiasm in working with customers on the phone is required.
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills required.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Some basic freight and/or shipping knowledge is helpful.
Overview
The Customer Service Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting customers and the True Retail Field Sales Team. In this position, the Customer Service Account Coordinator works with the Scheduling, Traffic, Invoicing and Credit Departments to manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish.

The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
