      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact and grace
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues for program members and medical service providers
      - Demonstrate urgency and compassion while assisting customers in need
      - Meet monthly service objectives set by management
      - Offer prayer to members and providers at appropriate opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a relevant industry (insurance, financial services, healthcare)
      - Experience in a high-volume contact center preferred
      - Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or medical billing preferred
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in a high-volume contact center
      - Background in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing
      - Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Zoom
      - Ability to work efficiently with two computer monitors
      - Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
