What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a large volume of both inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct telephone screenings to effectively meet customer needs

- Navigate computer systems and applications to assist in call management
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home office environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
- 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and computer navigation abilities
- Must have reliable internet with specified download and upload speeds
- Willingness to consent to a background check
