What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
- Manually place new orders and field customer questions, concerns, and problems
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the employer's products and relay this information to customers
- Develop rapport with customers to ensure a positive service experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
- Exceptional grammar and punctuation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Creative problem-solving abilities and knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting
- Prior experience with remote work and telecommuting setup
