      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders, including patients and providers, via phone, email, and web portal
      - Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction
      - Support service delivery teams by working collaboratively with team members
      - Adhere to all regulations, codes, and policies to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information
      - Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or Revenue Cycle
      - Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and information systems
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey sensitive information clearly
      - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with customer billing processes in a healthcare environment
      - Familiarity with operating office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, and scanners
      - Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information
