What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Identify and escalate priority issues, reporting to high-level management
- Follow up on complicated customer interactions as needed
- Record details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Basic computer skills, including navigation and typing at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions to enhance customer experience
