What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily activities to ensure the execution of customer contracts in the USA
- Coordinate effectively with customers, traders, and various departments including operations, logistics, and finance
- Perform back office activities related to sales and logistics processes, including billing and documentation handling
- Track logistics operations and cash collection while maintaining high accuracy in administrative tasks
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- Willingness to adapt to international practices and work in a different time zone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role within the mining or logistics industry
- Familiarity with global supply chain processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
