What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing a broad range of customer service call types
- Simplify and explain customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T products and services
- Support customers with various inquiries and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues related to voice and data services
- Assist customers with setting up and using the latest products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Verified internet service and a dedicated work area meeting WFH standards
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established schedules and shifts
- Compliance with organizational security and compliance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with telecommunications services and products
