What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assess the urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly for swift resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and handling detailed work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within banking or financial services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to use a personal computer
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous contact center experience
- Experience in the banking industry with knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services
